muscles using weights or bands for resistance in multiple sets of eight
to twelve repetitions (normally ten or twelve as one progresses), we
can exercise our face and neck muscles in the same way. I know, because
I've been doing it for years! As
we age, our body skin
begins to sag and droop. We overcome this by the working our
muscles with
exercise to firm or tone different areas of our bodies. Well, we can do
the
same for our face muscles.
Most
people have very
weak face muscles because it isn't a common practice
to exercise them.
Therefore, over time the muscles will begin to sag,
causing the skin
to sag as well. The
good news is that the
muscles in the face are smaller and thinner than body muscles.
This means
that you can begin today and see results a few days from now
because
the developed muscles in the face are noticed sooner due
to less
fat around the face muscles. By exercising
the
face the same as you would the body with resistance by using a pumping
motion,
you are able to define your face. It's that simple and as I
said, you'll
be able to see results right away. If
